The boots…look at the boots….
I’m starting to see a pattern here my young cupcakes, one of beautifully dark maxi skirts, the return of the peplum in all its slimming glory and the slight shimmer of various coloured metallics, be that of the classic silver or in this case, of an emerald green. Now don’t get me wrong, you all know how much I hate Emerald green, but hey, who am I to judge? We are talking dresses that fit the body like a glove, beautiful suit jackets that flaunt the clear beautiful skin of the breast and singed in waists with leather belts for that added curve of the body, showing the femininity of a woman’s body.
But oh no, the one thing I love the most; look at them boots! I mean….wow…just wow! To anyone out there who can pull off a pair of boots like that, I bow down to you. Skin tight, laced up to the thigh and practically oozing sex appeal, you have to be one brave woman with confidence and a walk like no other to strut in those bad boys!
Admittedly while boots like these may only be suited for those gifted with long and lean legs and maybe above a 5’8, the likes of corseting is something that has also been seen on the catwalk and I must say is beautifully shown and done, not in the stereotypical slutty manner but in a way of elegance; made of leather and laying over the top of coats and floor length dresses to again singe in the waist to flaunt a perfect hourglass figure; sexiness with sophistication and class.
A trend is starting to form of sexiness mixed with an elegance of dark colours mixed with edge; metallics in an array of colours from emeralds to burgundy’s to royal blues, all brought together with thick coats, suit jackets that show of the cleavage and leather used in measure of showing of the female physique, belts and corsets galore showing us the perfect hour glass shape.
